HELLO EVERYONE I HAVE JUST GOT MY SELF BMW E30 316I
IT HAS overheating problem AND IT WILL CUT OFF WHILE DRIVING CAN ANYONE HELP PLS........ :)BTW NEW TO THIS SITE

Hi

It can be the viscous coupling.
You can test this by running the engine til it is hot, then turn of the engine and see if you can turn the fan around bij hand.
If you can, the viscous coupling is broken.
Else it might be the thermostat.

Thanks mate! helped. checked it like you said it was the fan got a new one put in new one a few days ago running fine now
