Are facelift and pre facelift wing mirrors the same?

As above, the reason I ask is mine are faded and I was contemplating colour coding them. Plus the mirror glass keeps coming loose and They won't adjust properly on the electrics.

All the same, apart from LH drive and RH drive are different.
