Probably all available from the likes of RS Components or CPC Farnell. The trick is identifying the ones you want.

Pins. 238-094. 24-20 AWG
Sockets 238-123. 18-16 AWG
£25.10 inc delivery for 40 of each .
They look as if they should do the job
