floppy gear shifter!

hello everyone, first time posting on here, bought my 2nd e30 the other day its 318i m10 1985, its got a much floppier gear shift than my old 89 m40 model, i was wondering if anyone knew good upgrades or just somewhere i can buy new bushes? any help is greatly appreciated!

I forgot that this used my pics !
Not a nice job to do at all however when completed it makes a massive difference and is definitely worth doing.
All the parts were available from the dealers when i did this job a few years ago - should still be now to order but i bet they have gone up a bit

ah okay o will look and see what it has then, if it is that large steel plate one then it looks like it has less parts to wear out. hopefully cheaper to fix!
