Loom to light dimmer switch

Is there a separate loom that runs under the dash to the light dimmer or is this part of the main loom? I was trying to locate the plug for the dimmer the other day but not sure where to look for it. At the min I have a bare shell with the loom roughly routed. Checked on a lhd shell I have but couldn't find a similar plug on my loom, wondering did I misplace a loom section or if I couldn't see the plug because it's different?

The dimmer is part of the headlamp switch and the plug for that is part of the dash loom.

Is the dash loom separate to the main body loom that comes I through the bulkhead from the fuse box?

There are two dash looms. One is part of the main body loom, and goes across behind the dash at roughly the same level as the radio, and the other is separate, plugs into the socket next to the accessories socket, and is clipped along the top of the dash moulding.

Is it the separate loom the goes to the light switch our main loom? I have a feeling I might have misplaced the separate loom unless it's on my old dash

Sub loom goes to three push switches, clock, indicator repeaters, the bulb that lights the fog and lighting switches and the main lighting switch, including dimmer, (plus a couple of other things, probably).
