Anyone had any experience with these? It's the most oem looking head unit I can find with aux and usb input

IIRC, US frequency bands aren't quite the same as UK ones, so if you buy a US spec. radio to use in the UK, you may find that you are unable to tune some stations.
In this case, he says he sourced it in the UK, so that may be why he's punting it on - can't get his favourite stations.
Either way, they're £80 new at Car audio warehouse.

4 x 20 w output?! wow didnt know you could get it that low, you can get a decent pioneer etc head unit and change the colour to match,

Might be 4 x 20W RMS though and not the usual PMPO W that most manufacturers state. Acoustics in an E30 are shite at the best of times without adding amps, sound deadening and high end speakers.
