I have not used these but at 95 shore they will be hard and the same as powerflex black race ones.
For comparison powerflex yellow street are 70 shore and powerflex Street purple bushes are 80 shore hardness.
I will be using the powerflex purple ones on my car.

I have to say they really don't make a huge difference, the RTABs are pretty small diameter.

If going all out on a race car then go for it but on the road it's not a huge difference (unlike the beam bushes).

Edit - This is Vs new/good condition lemforder ones, not shagged 20 year old ones.

In which case it won't hurt anything.

They look ok and 95 or 75 will make very little difference overall.

Only thing that may be worthwhile is making a grease hole where the bushings butt together and in the casing of the arm, allows easy regreasing on a road car as poly bushes do need to run greased or the friction is high and they make noise.

I intended to do it to mine but fitted OEM rubber ones instead.

There will still be friction, even if regularly greased.

Equals zero friction always.
