Old cam belt but low miles..

I had my cam belt replaced ten years ago when I fitted a fast road cam.

Ive only done 10k miles since.

Should I be concerned and change it?

Change it! It makes one hell of a mess when it fails.
If the idler was changed at the same time as the belt, that can stay.

Cambelts were changed by mileage or every four years if the distance wasn't done.
Change it small price compared to the mess it will make.

Definitely replace.

A guy I work with had a car (struggling to remember the name) about 7-8 years ago he put a cambelt before he took it off the road, a few years later he came to start it and the belt snapped due to deterioration.

change it mate 200% rubber decays with age you would be stupid not too

I drive 325i with 8year belt and it was ok but anyway its huge risk

Take it off tyre black it and re fit it.....get it changed for what it costs..ive a 85 323 one to do tomorrow inc water pump and aux belts. :o
