Fluctuating radio / obc display at idle

As above when ticking over the obc display and stereo display pulse with each revolution .its a 90, 325i..any ideas?

Duff battery, duff alternator diode, poor connection on either.

Battery seems ok starts fine when its been stood for a week or 2.
