According to the ETK, the clutch disc, cover plate and release bearing weigh just under 7Kg.
325 and 320 clutches are the same apart from the strength of the spring in the cover plate. The 325 spring is considerably stronger, as can be felt in your left leg if you compare driving the two cars.

However, its worth noting a 320 clutch can hold a standard 325 lump just fine if your not an arse with it.

True, and a mod. worth considering if you're driving a 325 a lot in traffic.HairyScreech wrote:However, its worth noting a 320 clutch can hold a standard 325 lump just fine if your not an arse with it.

Thank you for the info but it make me more confuse because a lot of traffic jam here.
So take 320 or 325 clutch? Does 320 with less springbpower will less life?

Less spring power means it will ultimately hold less torque.
Both will handle a stock M20B25.
Upper limit of a 320 clutch is about 190lb/ft
Upper limit of a 325 clutch is about 250lb/ft
A stock M20 clutch is just about good enough for a tweaked M52B28.
Worth mentioning a 325 clutch is often cheaper though, which is why my 320 had a 325 clutch for a long time.
