Iv tried the wiki but can't find what im looking for. .

Its not as bad as it sounds,a few basic tools the special hog ring tool a good full bag of tenacity and you'll reap the rewards in the winter :D

Those are definitely not my seats. Mine are the ones with the rectangular sections running horizontal down the seat back and onto the base of the seats?

Bimanut I definitely need them doing. . Where abouts are you?

Also how much damage are you looking to inflict on my wallet? Lol

These, and loads of other fitting guides, are in the wiki.
Go into the main E30 zone forum index, and click on the wiki link there, rather than the one in the page header, and you will find them.
The first language, with the pics., is German, but the text is always repeated in English underneath, and usually in French after that.
