Does anybody know what the average brake line pressure is on an e30 ?
I have been fine tuning the 'balance bar' on my Wilwood pedal box (no servo) using a pressure gauge fitted where the bleed nipples go, I initially set them and tried it on some m.o.t. brake rollers which indicated that the balance / performance is good.
I have now set more frontal bias and the pedal feels better and there is more initial 'bite' with lighter brake applications.
I will try it on the rollers again next week.

Simple enough calculation. Pressure from your foot X mechanical advantage of pedal pad to point where M/C push rod is attached, divided by the area of the bore of the cylinder.
