What was there more available of? What is more desirable and in years to come what will be worth more? I like the tech 2 personally but think a tech 1 will be worth more

Personally I think it completely depends how old you are and what generation you relate to most. I see the tech 1 as an 80's car and the tech 2 as a 90's car
I think the pre facelift / tech 1 is "the one" but.... to a 20 something year old I'm sure its all about the tech 2.
btw way I own a tech 2 and wear baseball caps
Surely a pre facelift will always be worth more , even in years to come, spec for spec condition for condition of course.

The Tech 1 was only manufactured for 11 months between '86-'87.
Therefore rarer and cooler.

Therefore rarer and cooler.
The Internet - It has proven to be worthless, and is nothing but a repository for perverts.

From what I've seen, tech 1's are usually kept in better condition, however despite there being fewer numbers of tech 1's, tech 2's seem to command higher prices.
Ultimately they are pretty much the same car wearing slightly different clothes - I'd be happy with either, but do prefer the look of the tech 2.

Tech 1 looks more aggressive whereas the tech 2 has cleaner lines, at least to me.

And tech 1 over tech 2.
The tech 2 is more desirable to a certain sort while the tech 1 grows on you the more you know about E30s.

Facelift model is an improvement on the original design, therefore, as a second evolution it must be better...
Seriously, I prefer the colour coded bumpers and wing mirrors. Oh, and the kit, as mentioned by Prince above.

Ftw. Why? What is wrong with using words? Why is forum speak so retarded? IIRC, AFAIK. Why not just say 'I think' ? Did we all grow up in the same era? Am I talking to the 'yoot' who listen to radio 1?

Fuxkin lame as. Bet you're all over 30. Abbreviations? What else have you got to do after the Wife has gone up? There's only so many times you can bash one out on X videos. Spell it out! Use the ffecking keyboard.

Bosers, do you think you are superior because you spell out words ?
You language suggests you are....
If so, please provide your reasoning
