1)
I am seeing only 13.25 volts at the battery when the engine is at 3,000 rpm ( actually it is pretty much that regardless of engine speed). Is this too low, is my alternator on the way out?

2)

At the radio, I see about 0.3 volts less at the switched live than the permanent live. Why is that and is it a problem?

TIA

Answers:

1, 13.25 Volts at the battery with the engine running is fine, <12.8, then start to worry.

2, the 0.3 Volt difference is caused by resistance in the extra wiring and components that the switched live has to go through.
