Both the rev counter and econo meter have stoped working, i checked the fuses and the c101 connector on the bulkhead, they seem ok, is there anything else i should check?

Econ meter and rev counter rely upon the SI batterys. If the speedo and odometer are working, then it is probably the battreys.

Is the service lights doing funny things as well?

You can replace them if your any good with a soldering iron, or you can just get a different SI board from a known working cluster.
