In short the SQL service on the server stopped, I contacted the hosts who took days to respond and then tried to put it back on us and that it was our scripts that were wrong as opposed to the service not running.
I argued that because we haven't changed anything for a while then I don't see how it should just 'break'.

same as above, did some diy, got the toilet fixed after months of it first going down the pan! Did some work on the E30......Drank less, saw more of the kids, had a day trip out today!
