radiators

i'm looking to install a larger rad on a m20 facelift car and as far as i can tell i have 2 options:

Ac rad i believe the core is 440x440mm same width as a non ac rad but about 10 cm taller can i drop this straight in with the same rad hoses and mounts?

or

Tropical rad i believe the core is 550x440mm so wider and taller, what else would be involved in fitting this? new rad mounts and rad hoses??

Tropical rad is pretty much the same dimensions as an E36 S50 rad, but the S50 rad will probably be cheaper, you just need a different top hose which is longer
