A mate of mine has given me his old E46 its has just over 100,000 miles with history as he has a new runaround.
Its drives well and its been looked after.
Initially consider an engine swop into my E30 but its double vanos and was advised its now worth it.
Do these break well ?
Cheers

Complete waste of time for breaking. After 6-12 months you might get 500 quid. Engine and box are worthless, £45 for the diff, LF30 PAS pump £30 maybe, throttle body £40, GM5 module £10 and so on. You'll be chasing tenners for evermore. Scrapyards are full of these shitters now and nobody is spending money fixing them.
Clean it up and stick it on Ebay - with an MOT it should make £350-500.
