they fit in a completely different way to E30's you'd have to drill them at the front for some bolt holes.
Even then i couldn't say if the holes in the seat would match up on the e30 shell.
They're bloody heavy also if electric or leather or both!

E28's fit Ross.

X5 V8 for thrills, CRV for chills, Range Rover P38 V8 for sooooo much aggravation...

That's not a worry Simon, I have brackets in place for the buckets which would be easy enough to adapt. It's more the girth of the seat that worries me. I know they are heavy, had to pick one of the bastards up yesterday! But they do look epic and are really comfy.
Cheers Rog, but the reason I was asking is a friend is selling some black leather fronts locally. Liked the idea of them being a bit different while still being OEM. Need something to replace the buckets and harness' in my daily drive

That's it sat in place. Just had a few hours swearing actually fitting it, almost done. Then have the drivers side to do

They looks good Ross. Does the door furniture catch the seat?...that looks like a tight fit.

They are very tight, with the seat all the way forward the door bin hits the levers, however unless you were 3 feet tall, you wouldn't need to slide them that far.
Super comfy though and lots of adjustment. Also look like they are meant to be there. Now I just need some rear headrests to complete the look.
For the £100 they cost me, I am very happy
