indicators

I have a problem with my indicators they only work if I press the hazard switch then indicate anyone know what the problem could be thanks. Smurf

Hazard lights work from fuse 24. Indicators work from fuse 4.
Check fuse 4, and if blown, and your car is post mid '88, check the condition of the glovebox light.
If fuse 4 is OK, take the hazard switch apart (easy - keep the buttons upwards) and clean its insides.
