'87 headlights, are the lenses removable?

As per title, can the lenses be separated from the domes or are they a sealed unit? They are the early headlights, not the smiley or halo.

Heat gun or oven would soften the sealant then pry the lens off with a flat blade screwdriver. Too much heat will make the lens go pop! Happened to me :D
