Now, my engine running without thermostat and needle gauge sit at 1/4 (first white line after the blue).
And if I install 80 celcius thermostat where gauge sit?
And I read at several forums does is it necessary to make hole in the edge of thermostat to make morr easily to bleed?
Originally it has small hole with small metal ball.
Thank you in advance
Markus

Don't drill the thermostat, if your cooling system is operating as it should an 80° stat will have the needle pointing at just above the 1/4

It is now at 1/4 so should I install thermostat, because the gap is very little? Does it has effect to engine. Because now my engine still a little rough not smoothest

I thought they were directly up/inline with the 1/2 mark with a 80? or is that the 88?

Have you gently tightened the nut on the back of the needle? Mine needed doing and was showing reading slightly too high.

That is normal, if you fit a rad with larger capacity it will keep the temp down better

Looks pretty normal to me, mine with the 88 sits at 50% and sometimes hover about 10 degrees to the right under some conditions.

Gauge will rise slightly before the viscous coupling locks and the fan kicks in. You are chasing a problem that doesn't exist.

When I drive temperature is at 1/4 but while I stop for 15 Minutes temperature is at 1/2. Is it normal it has big difference? I'm afraid if I use air cond it will be overheat?

If you turn the air-conditioning on the needle should sit at 1/4 as the elec cooling fan will be running.
How old is the radiator and how old is the AC condenser?

Drive around to get your car at operating temp. While idling, take a rolled up newspaper and slowly stick it into the fan blades. If the newspaper stops the fan blades your fan clutch is bad.
