So a few thoughts for the winter to come(it's Christmas very very soon....;)

Got my 325i with m50b25tu conversion running sort of okay(got some electrical issues...)

I having a few thoughts and things I can't get my head around.

The car has a welded diff, which should be absolutely crap on trackdays and hill climbs(which what its used for). But it's not, it turns in sharp, light oversteer on the way out of corners all very easily controlled on the throttle! Very predictable indeed.

I have a standard lsd with 25% lock laying around, don't know if it's still 25%, but could install some new friction plates etc during the winter and freshen it a bit up.

What are people's thoughts on a standard lsd diff, toyo 888 on track or a welded diff?

It's running standard anti roll bars front and rear with a br suspension which is very nice. Seems to handle fine. But will stiffer anti roll bars do any good? What are people running of bars.

I'm just looking for more grip:)

Onboard from last event, first practice. Not fully committed and with a ecu from a m50b25 non vanos. Didn't work great. Handling doesn't seems so bad?

On the diff front throw the welded one in the bin and get the LSD in there :thumb:
