Hello,
After engine running well but the problem is temperature raise to 3/4 and I shut down the engine.
Try to bleed the air but still same.
Suspect is thermostat that is new but the brand is not popular motorad?
Will try again without thermostat now
I'm afraid if my headbis not good or I don't know whats is wrong?

Visco fan? It is working but I don't know it is working well or not because it has about 4 years old more.
Tomorrow will try to tightened or lock the visco for a while just to try.
Suspect
Air lock? Water.has circulated all hose is hot.
Visco fan?
Cyl head, block or cyl head gasket?
Water at the reservoir not blown but it is very hot

3/4 is fine if stationary, only worry if it starts creaping towards the red.
Can you drive the car yet? If so, what happens to the temperature when on the move?

It seem very hot 3/4 and may be still creep higher, never tried it running at the road just idling 500-600rpm. I'm afraid if something bad happen in the road, but will try tomorrow.

If it creeps over 3/4 and towards the red while stationary at idle, I would (as sweep suggests) expect the viscous coupling to be a fault - it's not locking up so won't pull air through the rad.
When you drive it, the viscous does nothing and the airflow through the radiator will be enough to keep it cool (assuming the radiator is good).

Number 1 suspect is visco because it is 4 year more old and I don't feel strong air blow from the fan also radiator is very hot, not warm I assume that no air blow that dissipate hot from radiator.
Tomorrow I will check and lock visco just for a while before buy new one.
Another suspect but not sure.
Air lock? But all hose is same hot and.water has come from bleeding hole so I assume that no air lock.and water has circulated.
Bad tightened cyl head bolt? May be?

have you had your heaters turned on when you are bleeding the system? if not you will have a large air lock.

I have deleted my heater and just connected the hose so the water still can circulated.
I think there are no airlock as water can circulated and all hose has same hot.
The first time I bleed only air come out from bleeding hole a lot of air and then.water so I think no air lock

Today, I welding the visco and bleed a few more times suddently the temperature drop but at 700rpm or more, and I try to drive the car to exhaust shop with very loud sound without exhaust installed.
Why the temperature drop at 1/4 (without thermostat) while rpm at 700 or more but not below it? Does is it because waterpump bad or the engine still in running so all metal still need to adaptation?

A larger capacity radiator would be a good idea in your climate

No, I haven't installed thermostat yet, I think will break in the engine without thermostat what is the bad effect?
I use big radiator air con type from e36 320i and it fit perfectly with the e30 bracket
