Mtech2 rear bumper

Hi people, wanted to know if the mtech2 rear bumper fitted onto existing mounts off the old original bumper. One of my brackets on the mtech2 bumper is rusted and has to be cut off to attach onto the existing mount. Are these tech2 specific parts or can they not be brought? I have the 2 left and right guides to fit the bunper, wanted to know about the mounts and tow bracket.

Mounting parts the same as for the standard bumper.
Tow ring uses an extension which clamps on to the 'ordinary' one.
