Pre facelift fog light rubber seal surround

I'm revamping the fog lights on my car and the round rubber seal that pushes in the plastic cover has shrunk about an inch. I have had a look on COH baines website to see if they do anything that would suit but I couldn't see anything. I also had a look on real OEM but it does appear to list them separately. Does anyone have a source of this or is it a case of cutting up a second hand one?

I may have answered my own question using 8mm hollow wing bead, just will have to cut the flange down.
