I have been breaking down one of my spare B20 engines and just had the head off.
Note the crack on the left had side..is the head now scrap?

What crack?
Below the exhaust port?
If so looks to me like a casting flaw. However should be weld repairable. Talk to a foundry and ask who they use to repair their castings, you need a good casting welder.
