Motorsport convertible roof calibration

Hope someone can help.
I've pulled the car out of storage and the electric roofs got a mind of its own. It's out of sync and goes up and down and back up and back down and this is all in 20 seconds lol it never actually finish's a cycle.
I had to jump start coz battery was flat and I'm hoping that's the problem but just encase does anyone have a number of a good electric roof fixer.
Greenwich or Kent area would be perfect.
