Hi, I've done an M52B28 swap into my old Touring. Done all to high standard with all new gaskets, seals, water pump etc. Fitted a lightened M20 fly and re-used my M20 clutch.
Issue I'm having is vibration from engine at 2k, feels like something out of balance. I suspect the fly or clutch. Think as clutch was fine before then it should still be. Dont know if a flywheel can become unbalanced by skimming on a proper lathe?
Anyone got any ideas?
Cheers Joe

Thanks for replies, no have sorted exhaust recently as I thought bodged welding job near manifold may have been the cause. The prop is fine also, transfered from previous set up. This is is a vibration that is noticeable when revving at standstill, the whole car vibrates a bit. I was so hoping it was just the exhaust
It now feels like the fly or the clutch to me .
