Didn't find my answer here or at work with ETK sow my question is:

I saw cabs with the M-tech 2 kit but is that the same kit as the one of a 2-doors E30? With that I mean the side parts are they the same?

I'm thinkin of putting a M-tech 2 kit on my cab so.
O and another question, do I have to put holes in my side to put the side skirts on or is it possible whitout the holes (Don't want to drill holes in my car)

You can bond the side skirts on!

The cabs do have different side skirts because the sill is deeper but the normal side skirts fit! winkeye

Have a look at ths Car>>> Normal tec2 kit on cab

Yes that's wat I tought but was not sure of.

Hmm that's interesting, think I'm going to buy it, it's already in original in the right colour and for 500euro's not a bad price.

Thanks stevetigger!

You can fit them better than that i used normal coupe sideskirts on mine
but mine fit the same as proper cab ones. you have to cut them about and
bend them right under the car otherwise the bottoms stick out and the
gap between the sidepods and the sideskirt is wrong

Got to agree, those skirts just don't look right, you can't see the trim when they're fitted to a saloon.

If u look at mine u cant see the lip under the sideskirt at all
and the skirt sits flat rather than out slightly

First of all take out the trusty grinder and cut off the bottom lip part of the sideskirt, This is used to hold the bottom in on a coupe but doesnt come
anywhere near the metal sill lip on a cab so its useless.

the as u look at the sideskirt u will see at each end a slit where it meets the wheel arches. use the grinder again to make these about 20mm longer than they are allready.

You will have to buy proper Mtec2 cabriolet sideskirt sill clips (I will find the part number if needed) These are totally diferent shape to coupe ones
and fit the cab spot on. use these just as BM intended and fit the skirt on the car.

Once fitted push the skirt hard under the car and it will open the slits u made before and sit where its ment to. To keep it in place u will have to
put a screw in the wheel arch part of the skirt each end while having someone hold it in the right place.
