hi my airflow meter has a part number ending with 082 yet most ive found on ebay end with 083
which is correct for my 325 touring 1991
as the car has some jerks and ive only has car a little while so think the last owner was tight and just put any old part on

Whats the full part number, have you looked on www.realoem.com for the part?

BMW show that the original AFM for yours is Part No :13621286615, but they have a different part number for the replacment one: 13627547977.

Neither of these have 083, or 082 at the end, but it might be possible that there is 2 different part numbers for the AFM, original and replacement?

Gorgee, I think the part number Jos has quoted is the BMW part number, the number you are quoting is the Bosch number (I think)

From memory, the 082 is the 2.0 one, and the 2.5 one is 083.

I will check tomorrow though!

Unless someone else knows?

Hi,

Yeah apparently it's factory fitted.

Even if it wasn't, it is genuine BMW!
