rechipping an ecu

I wonder if any one knows if you intend to rechip your ecu does it matter which ecu is used ? would an ecu from a 320 work with a 325 engine Cheers keith

thanks Sal , i've pm'd him .I think it maybe a bit more than just the chip that defines the difference between the two
