which gear oil to use?

Hello All,
Can someone guide me on which gear oil to use?
I have a Getrag 245 ZF (dogleg) gearbox.

There are afew choices;
* Redline 75W90 GL-5 (high performance)
* Redline MTL 75W80 (leight weight)
* Pentoson SAE 75W80

or is there some thing else?

Thanks Ben.
Have seen that but was not sure for the dogleg gearbox and if to use the lightwieght/performance stuff.
