May sound a bit daft!!, but what comes with the rear disc trailing arms? E.g Handbrake cables? + what is the delivered costs?

Usually no cable as unless they are very very good when we remove them, we recommend replacing them. Otherwise it is the two arms, with full hub/disc/caliper assembly. No brake hoses.

Not necessarily. There are many other models that use the disc rear end that are not a 325i. And no, the shafts or CVs are not included with that.
