I have an E30 cabriolet that needs a new rear window. The hood itself is in good condition but the window is kaput. This is the stitched in window, not the zip in version. Does anyone have any recommendations for someone who can do this?
I'm particularly interested to know if there's anyone in the South East (I live in Kent). Thanks

http://www.carhood.com/ in Chessington are good and will do it.

But it costs almost as much as a new roof because they have to remove the whole roof to do it.

There is an article in the wiki about doing it yourself: http://www.e30zone.net/e30zonewiki/inde ... structions

Thanks - all very useful (though I dread to think what the results would be if I attempted the do it yourself route!). Chessington is closer than Birmingham (The Hood Guys) which I was looking at. Don't want to replace the roof if I can avoid it as it is the original. I'll have a chat with the car hood people.
