I guess cool is subjective but I reckon they've begun to appreciate. ACA had a low mileage (43k) '99 individual convertible in their classic auction the other Saturday, I'm told bidding reached £6200 however it didn't reach the reserve of £6500. Strong money that.

They have won me over to be honest as i just bought a low mileage 328i cosmos black individual sport convertible complete with factory hardtopa˜Ža‘a
But it's no e30 I was thinking to myself as i was throwing her round the bends on bony Saul lane or what ever it's called in Macc, but a nice smooth comfortable ride.
So yes I would say they will rise in value but only very nice examples.
