Hello everyone, I'm new here to the forum and a new owner of a 91 318is. I am in the market for coilovers but have had some confusion in my search.

My question is, will coilovers for a E30 M3 fit on to my 318is without the m3 control arms?

One thing I know is that for both cars the front struts are 51mm. So I know that will fit, but will the M3 coilovers align with the 318is control arms properly or will it affect the suspension geometry? Or will they not fit at all?

Here are the coils I'm looking at. These got my attention because of the price, spring rates, and the adjustability.

If anyone has any suggestions on which coilovers I should get, please do tell.
I'm looking for 1. Being able to go really low. 2. Spring rates on the stiffer side so I can track/drift my car in the future. and 3. Coilovers that wont break my pockets, around $800 preferred.

Any help will be appreciated.
