Not its complete history but you can check the MOT history back a fair few years on one of the government websites - you just enter the Vin or v5 details and it all come up

If the car has been serviced by a BMW main dealer they will have a record of all the work carried out..... Sometimes they are not very helpful over the phone I find it best to go in and annoy them personally.
