hi i have managed to source a roof in better condition than my original roof. i have fitted it using only one shim as i believe the alignment has improved, however at the very front of the roof by the windshield seal still leaks near the OBC. any ideas, have also sealed it with a line of black silicone sealant.

I used a rubber seal from seals direct across the top front window section...job done...

Lubricating the rubber seal with something like Vasaline will soften the rubber and often cure a small leak.

Thanks Gavla and daimlerman,

Gavla - which seal did you go with as there are many to choose from?
