Ran the car for the first time for a while. Started first time and everything got up to temp. After this, I noticed a squeaking noise and then coolant started peeing out.
I couldn't see where it was coming from, but here's a pic. Any suggestions as to what it might be? Pump possibly?
If you look closely, you can see a pink stream of fluid

Did you check the jubilee clips?

I had a quick look, Bab, but it was too hot. It also looks like it's in a hidden or covered place.
Does look like there is some residue on the clips.

The clips loosen if the car has been sat idle for a while. I'd start there.

Squealing noise(sound a bit like Pony?) is most likely the bearing on the water pump telling you it is about to hand it's dinner pail in.
Continued use will bugger the drive belt and the cylinder head.
Check the bearing by trying to waggle the fan up/down/side to side.Any movement and the pump is buggered.
Youth is wasted on the young.

Thanks Malc. It's not being driven, and when it is, it will be a short trip the garage for a cambelt etc change and service. Mot at yet same time.

Make sure you distinguish between movement of the pump bearing and movement of the viscous coupling bearing.
If there's any movement, the pump is definitely duff, but lack of movement doesn't prove it's good.

Top up the coolant and turned it over again this afternoon. Water still peeing out underneath, but difficult to see where it's coming from.
Think it's the pump.

Lilely the WP Gert, when you get it replaced it would be an ideal time to replace the front water hoses.

Ok, will do. Thanks for that. If I top up the water reservoir, I have a 2 mile (traffic free) drive to the garage. Can I risk it. The water loss isn't considerable, it's not a weep, iether. I'm just thinking whether it will make it?

Car won't start to overheat until the reservoir is completely empty, so the short answer is whether or not the rate of leak exceeds the capacity of the tank.
Keep an eye on the gauge, and carry a can of water in the car.
