hello, Zoners

I found 2 different nissens radiator for air conditioning car.

the one is nissens 60619A with 550 X 439 X 32 mm and oe number 1711.1.468.078

the other is nissens 60618A with 550 x 440 x 34 mm and bmw oe number BMW: 1709457 BMW: 1719261, BMW: 2241913

the one has 32 mm thick and the other has 34 mm thick, which one is correct?

and I see at the left below the water hose it has 2 holes with cap, any one know what is the purpose for?

mine is manual car.

thank you

Hi, There is a different rad for auto/manual. The cappped holes on the side are for automatic transmission fluid cooling
The manual version doesn't have this extra chamber, so it will be cheaper. You can use the auto version in a manual car but not vice versa. I've only ever used Nissens rads so I can't comment on other brands.
If it ain't broke..
Fix it till it is :)

so the thicker one 34mm is for automatic and 32 mm is for manual? but all is for air conditioning car?

does the thicker 34mm is better cooling the engine compare to 32mm? if yes I will use the radiator for automatic transmission that is thicker

in my local temperature is very hot it can be 34-35 celcius in the afternoon.

I'm not familiar with the ac, but if the evaporator sits in front of the radiator then my guess is you need the thinner radiator to improve clearance.. This info should be in the description of the part, ie a/t a/c.
