How to put back the Rear windows trim "shadow"

Hi everyone,

I've removed the rear shadow trim on my 2 doors and removed the rear quarter glass. Now I'm trying to push it back but no luck so far (i did manage to put the rear windows back but without the trim)

What's the secret?
Is it easier to remove the windows and to push the trim in the rubber with the windows out or what?

For those that struggled like myself
Use a strong string and a friend to push the window in

Yeah take the window out, fit trim to window and refit window
