i was in the scrap yard tday to try get some bits for the M3, i know what your thinking yer right will there be any M3s there but some bits will fit, any way the man said stay away from the silver one so i did, as i walked past i looked over and it was a sport, so i was there getting some bits OBC thats in english and some tools for the tool kit and bits. when i went to pay i looked at the sport again and it was a LHD wich isnt unsual as there is a american air base next door, thinking i can nice the interior and sell the bit knowing it would be cheep, i ask how much for the car and he said what one so i said the silver one he was like oh the M3 so as everyone thinks sports are M3's i said no its a sport and he said go look under the bonnet so i did and fcuk me it hac a s14 under there. it all made sense now 320 is so i said to the man how much and whats wrong with it, he told me the crank has gone and thats it and told me a very good price, so im now the proud owner of a 320is, so im going to put the engine out the M3 into it an use it for the summer and sell it with 6 months mot, so now i have a grin from ear to ear so if any1 is looking for one and can wait or offers me some good money for it there is one here, will get some pics up here tomora when it gets here. winkeye winkeye

thats what i cant make out why scrap a car like that, its not like they didnt know what the car is, like sometimes you get old people in things like sports and they just see it as a bmw and thats all, think you know what i mean

I was in my local scrappy saturday and there was a very tidy e34 535i MANUAL! get in Diamond black. Bloke said the head gasket has gone, i had a good fumble round it, no rust, grey leather, no mayo in the oil and clear blue coolant. They had taken the battery out! so i couldn't start it, had they keys though. Even had the service book in the passenger seat. one smashed window was all i could see damage wise. It's no spring chicken with over 200k on the clock.

If i had the space!

PM me the location if you could?
