Roof rubbing/repair

When I lower the electric roof it's rubbing against one of the levers. It's created a small hole that I need ideally repair, if not look at the more costly option of replacing the hood. I also need to prevent this happening going forward. Grateful for any help/advise. I live in Tunbridge Wells, Kent thanks [/list]
