Ohh, might have been VW, think they use 5x120 on some stuff. Will check the EBC catalogue later to see if there is something handy in there from VW.

Spoke to my brother who confirmed that that is a jaguar 3.0 petrol disc.

Ok looks like someone has beat me to it.

Same concept spacer under the disc but "€1000" OMG, if i can get the same thing made up without the caliper bracket would anyone be intrested, the reason I wouldn't want to make the caliper brackets is cause many people would want to run different calipers the cost would be way less than €1000

They use custom hubs made to order, not E28 with a sleeve, don't think there are cheap easy routes, many people have tried.

Probably cheaper just to get custom made rims in the exact pattern you want with PCD 4x100.
There are 'cheaper' difficult ways (E36 M3 Evo stuff, other questionable ways if friendly with a machine shop)
There are expensive 'easy' ways (the custom bearings you posted up from E30.de for example)
All are compromised, save for the E30 M3 running gear swap - which is sadly both rare and expensive.

Very true, which is why I stuck with 4 stud and had wheels made to order, just need to keep an eye on the bearings and swapping out as necessary.

Brakes for my e30 330d, well I've given the parts to my mate who works for Mclaren in the department were all proto type parts are made he will be producing the sleeves for me and get the e30 abs ring onto the hub then will look at the spacer but after looking at the fit of that 300mm jaguar disc won't need to space too far. Yes 300mm.de haven't used the sleeve technique but a custom hub that has a bearing with the correct size ID, what I'm trying to do is make a solution that won't cost you in the thousands and will use off the shelf parts were possible.

Well I have 312mm fronts under my 16 inch Hartges, you can quite easily get 300mm discs under most 16 inch wheels

I sized up 300mm discs inside some 16" compact wheels and there was plenty of space with a stock fist type caliper.

FWD stuff is more likely to have a shallow bell to allow for the knuckles/CV joints, FWD stuff needs to get the CVs close to the center of the wheels steering pivot so the joints are not stressed.

Legs are at the powdercoaters so once there back press the the sleeves and ring for the base on then press the hub on. I just need to decide what disc and caliper setup I want to use so I can work out what spacer I need.

Just had the hubs pressed on yesterday and ordered the correct offset disc and 5x120
