Hi,
Are there any issues in using the E36 auto box in the conversion?

Which prop and diff will be best suited?

(Currently a 318iM10)

thanks,
Jona.
Moredoor autos with small engines are cool - but my new m20b25 is awesome!

I think main issue would be that you'd have a slush-box changing gear when it feels like it! Cant stand an auto personally. I guess it'd make the wiring more complicated to do as well.

I know its not a popular choice - but I like autos (and moredoors).

The car is currently an auto and the wiring should be more or less already sorted. (I was going to have DanThe sort out the loom.)

It's physically what fits and what doesn't?

Plenty of great advice on here about the manual swap, I just wondered if anyone had done this with an auto and got good results...

:?

Fair play mate, hope it goes well. I'm nearing the end of my swap. Dying to have a blast in it! :D
