Congratulations! I am shocked you can buy a place for so little. A 1 bed small flat will normally be at least £200k over here. I wouldn't be able to get on the property ladder for a good few years if it wasn't for my parents.

Not a bad wee house. I was only interested in it because of it's location in the country side, beside a river, and 14 miles from the bright lights of Belfast!
It's a Victorian two up/two down beside an old mill, no drive way but economy 7 heating, a brown interior/decor with the exception of the peach/pink bathroom. So.. it needs 'some' work, I've made an offer and I'm not moving a penny over £45k.
Careful what you offer Mr Barker. I might not get this hovel and come knocking!
