It does indeed make a massive difference. He supplied one for me too when I had my cab. A great bloke to deal with.

good work!
excuse my ignorance, but what is the difference between this roof and others?

I will be needing a new black one in a few weeks and would appreciate some guidance. was going to get it supplied and fitted by this firm for 550 - is this not the right thing to do? http://www.carhood.com/bmw/

Wish I could get another dozen like this one! Surprisingly easy to fit, but unsurprisingly difficult to find in good condition. I only buy them in when they are good, I'm happy to put your name in my book just in case. hardtops are somewhat more easier to source, and are a superb addition to you convertible.

Cheers Stefan! Hood looks great on the car...

Carhood are good but I am a unemployed and I couldn't stretch the dole to cover a new roof, this roof has the original stitching across the roof as well as it folds perfectly so it saves on the cost of replacing the tensioning straps.

As I said it has the stitching so its "original"
EFA.

Own up, you wanted E30 DP as your plate didn't you, you wrongun
