after owning a variety of cars over the years and then owning an e30 for the last 8 yrs i can't remember any of the other cars having a one fits all shell and car loom .... i mean if you have a 2 dr 316i and you want pop out rear windows , Bingo it's catered for . The cut outs for the speed clips are there in the c pillar on all 2dr shells to accept the window lever , then say you want an obc, headlight wash wipers or a rear shelf blind ..it's just plug and play with extra looms that just, well plug in ... any recesses or cut out's are all built into one shell ... fookin genius


now take a ford sierra 1.6 gl and a 2ltr ghia and try it !

My old 91 e34 525 was the same.Converted to manual all holes clips etc there.Rear blind,trip computer etc all went in easy.

This is why I bother with my e30.. Fantastic part supply, easyish retrofits.... Plus the knowledge on here is second to none........ I used to hanker after a mk3 escort xr3i or s1, but these old bmws are still in a different league. I even can't stand the modern stuff in comparison.......
