rear end locked up after sitting?

quick question..

basically got a 3.64 lsd up back,

went to pull the car out the garage today where its been sitting for about 3 weeks or so,

the osr wheel seemed to have locked up?

basically jumped in and tried driving out the garage however it felt as if the handbrake was on which it wasn't then got out and checked all four wheels were free which they were,

got back in dipped the clutch and the car hunkered / squatted down at the rear...

eventually i gave it a little gas car moved however i thought i heard the tyre dragging along eventually rolled out though?

first time this has happened tbh, occasionally however i notice a small noise as if something is stuck when sitting for a while when reversing out but this is a first...

also first time i reversed it into the garage,

Sounds like a sticking handbrake mechanism to me, or possibly the drum brake linings rusted onto the drums.

We we built my new mancave last summer,I spent a lot of time making sure that the floor was level.
Purely so I could leave the handbrake off when the cabbie was stood.

might sound daft but jack the back of the car up, remove the wheel & if it's got disc bracks give the caliper a whack with a rubber mallet, same applys if it's got drum brakes, but tap/whack the drum/hub area, might have started to seize.
